The addressee shall bear the costs of customs clearance and the payment of any taxes due in accordance with the customs regulations in force in the country of destination, and it is for this reason that the charges arising from the import are not the responsibility of PURPLE MILAN, but it is the customer who must pay the customs duties.

First of all, take it easy. We have a whole team working to make sure your returns are not an impossible puzzle.
To start the return process, you need to follow these steps:

  • You must notify the intention to return the item through a message to our Instagram @purplemilanofficial or via email to hello@purplemilan.com within a period of 14 natural days from the date of receipt of your order. A responsible member of our team will provide you with the address to which you should send the returned product.
  • The customer must return the item through a courier company of their choice. Return expenses, including customs and tax costs, must be borne by the customer unless the error is attributable to PURPLE MILAN. The package must include the customer’s name and surname, as well as the corresponding order number.
  • The return must be made within a maximum period of 7 days from the date the customer is informed about the product’s shipping address. If this period is exceeded, PURPLE MILAN will not take responsibility for the return and will resend the order to the customer.
  • Once the return is received and verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product. The refund will be made through a store ticket redeemable on our website.
  • If the package does not arrive at the offices of PURPLE MILAN, the company will not assume responsibility for the refund of the amount. You must contact hello@purplemilan.com within 14 days from the day you receive your product.

Antes de nada, calma. Tenemos a un equipo entero trabajando para que tus devoluciones no sean un puzzle imposible. Para iniciar el proceso de devolución, es necesario seguir estos pasos:

  • Debe notificar la intención de devolver el artículo a través de un mensaje a nuestro instagram @purplemilanofficial o por correo electrónico a hello@purplemilan.com dentro de un plazo de 14 días naturales a partir de la fecha de recepción de su pedido. Un responsable de nuestro equipo le proporcionará la dirección a la que debe enviar el producto devuelto.
  • El cliente debe hacer la devolución a través de una empresa de mensajería de su elección. Los gastos de devolución, incluyendo los costos de aduanas e impuestos, deben ser asumidos por el cliente, a menos que el error sea atribuible a PURPLE MILAN. El paquete debe incluir el nombre y apellido del cliente, así como el número de pedido correspondiente.
  • La devolución debe llevarse a cabo en un plazo máximo de 7 días a partir de la fecha en que se informa al cliente sobre la dirección de envío del producto. Si este plazo se supera, Orggeïl no se hará cargo de la devolución y enviará nuevamente el pedido al cliente.
  • Una vez que se reciba la devolución y se verifique que el producto está en perfecto estado, se procederá al reembolso del importe del producto. El reembolso se hará a través de un ticket de tienda canjeable en nuestra web.
  • En caso de que el paquete no llegue a las oficinas de PURPLE MILAN, la empresa no asumirá la responsabilidad por el reembolso del importe. Deberás contactar con hello@purplemilan.com en un plazo de 14 días desde el día en el que recibas tu producto.
